Our Guarantee

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Arrives defective
  • Arrives significantly different from the product description

You may contact our support team within 30 days of confirmed delivery to request assistance.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund where appropriate

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.

Providing complete information helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.


What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification
  • Products that have been heavily used and remain fully functional
  • Pet preference-related concerns (such as a pet choosing not to use a product)

Because every pet has unique behaviors and preferences, individual pet response is not considered a product defect.


Resolution Time

Claims are typically reviewed within 2–5 business days.

Approved resolutions are processed promptly after confirmation.


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of many pet products, we do not accept returns of used or opened items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Used grooming products
  • Opened litter systems
  • Opened feeding products
  • Any product showing signs of use, wear, or pet interaction

This policy helps maintain hygiene and product quality standards for all customers.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

Refunds are not issued for:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
